WORKPLACE FIRST AID COURSES

Appointed Person

A one day course covering Basic Life Support and first aid within the workplace. The starting point for suitable emergency cover for the majority of workplaces under the HSE regulations.

First Aid at Work

A four day course to satisfy the HSE recommendations for suitable first aid training for workplace personnel. The course covers Basic Life Support and topics that can be specified for your workplace.

FAW Refresher

A two day course that will renew the standard four day First Aid at Work course if taken within three years of the original course.

OUTDOOR FIRST AID COURSES

UK Mountain First Aid

A residential two day course that covers Basic First Aid in an outdoor environment with additional topics. Training takes place on the hill and satisfies NGB requirements for most outdoor awards.

Gap Year Travel

A residential two day course that will aid preparation for temporary and extended travel worldwide. Training covers: Planning, Packing, Security, First Aid, Streetsmart, Culture.

Remote Mountain First Responder

A residential five day course that refreshes the basics and covers advanced techniques including: longer term patient care, and airway management. Candidates must hold a minimum of UKMFAC or equivalent in date certificate.

STANDARD FIRST AID COURSES

Basic Life Support 4 Hour

A practical course covering the initial skills of first aid. Practical in nature and jargon free Basic Life Support training.

Basic First Aid 8 Hour

An eight hour course which covers Basic Life Support and understanding common illness. Jargon free, practical training.

Family First Aid 8 Hour

A training course which includes Basic Life Support (adult & children) and focuses on the specific protocols for dealing with babies, toddlers and young people in an emergency.

STANDARD FIRST AID COURSES

Ex Casman 1

A highly practical day that gives first aiders an opportunity to go through a variety of emergency scenarios involving actors and mock scenes. Includes: individual and group tasks with trauma and illness. Walk through and debriefs from our training team will aid your experience.

Ex Casman 2

Option two of our highly practical training day with mock emergency scenarios involving actors. Includes different situations to Casman One and includes night time/darkness scenarios. Walk through and debriefs from our training team will aid your experience.
