Terms and Conditions

Reservations

All of our courses are operated on a first come, first served basis. Enquiries regarding course availability can be made directly with our team - we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.

Payment

Payment must be received at least two days before the course begins. Corporate clients will be invoiced at course end - this must be agreed in advance, please contact our team. Failure to pay at this time may compromise the clients chance of getting a place on the course.

Confirmation

Completing and returning a Booking Form does not guarantee placement. Upon receiving a Booking Form clients will be contacted to confirm availability and reservation of a place subject to receiving full payment at least two days before the course begins. Clients requesting a corporate invoice must make arrangements prior to the training. Non return of Booking Form or Payment as agreed may result in the loss of placement on the course.

Equality

CRT operates an equal rights policy. Due to the nature of some of the courses it may be difficult for some disabled persons to fully undertake the required training. Should you have any concerns with these matters please contact our team for guidance.

Client Standards

CRT expects all of its clients to maintain high standards of personal integrity, honesty and consideration to other clients and staff. They are to abstain from intoxicating substances. Any client which CRT staff feel has been acting unreasonably may be removed from the course and will loose any right of refund, CRT will not be liable for any such losses. Such situations might include: inability to meet the course demands, abusive behaviour, partial attendance. All clients must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Cancellation By Clients

CRT makes every effort to support its clients and will always seek to transfer clients to alternative courses if possible. Should this not be an option our cancellation policy is as follows:

85% refundCancellation 30 days before start
75% refundCancellation between 29 and 7 days before start
30% refundCancellation within 6 days of start or bespoke courses

Should clients for any reason leave before the course completion they forfeit their chance to a total or partial refund.

Liability

No training course can be entirely risk free despite the efforts that CRT makes to avoid and reduce such risks. CRT staff will provide information during each course regarding safe practices. The Client accepts that they are joining and participating in the course at their own risk and that some injuries could occur where CRT is not at fault. The Client accepts that CRT is not liable in any way for any loss, damage or injury that they may suffer to themselves or their property except where CRT can be shown to have acted negligently.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that a Client wishes to complain about any aspect of a course they must bring the issue to the attention of a member of CRT staff during the course so that the problem(s) can be addressed.

Upheld or serious complaints will be referred to the Chief Instructor. The Client accepts that complaints made after the course has ended will not be valid.

Cancellation By CRT

Should CRT have reason to cancel a course Clients will be entitled to either a full refund or transfer to a course of their choice that has places available. CRT reserves the right to cancel a course where the number of clients due to attend makes the running of a course unworkable.

Should you have any concerns or difficulty in understanding these terms please contact our team, they will be happy to submit to you an alternative explanation in writing of any points before you book a course.
