This course offers several options for learning ranging from an informal few hours which covers specific sport or injury treatments through to multi day course that cover a whole host of topics from spine management, CPR, common illness and sports injury. Elements of this training course can be bolted on to other complimentary qualifications such as medical gases and AED use.

One day options are popular amongst running clubs and other sports related groups during which are staff can tackle issues and injuries important to you whilst developing general first aid skills that focus on your environment and the resources you will have to hand.
