The First Aid for Industry course has been designed specifically for those working in the construction industry and on building sites. We are aware of the dangers and high risks that can arise in an industrial working environment and have carefully tailored this course to workers that may encounter such first aid emergencies.
Over a three day course we provide first aid training relevant to the risks and nature of your specific workplace. Our experienced and knowledgeable team will provide extensive practical demonstrations to provide you with practice and training so you are ready and prepared to act fast in the event of an emergency in your work place.
As one of the UK’s riskier industries we are happy to spend more time with your team covering those skills that might be needed. In addition to the syllabus for FAW we can spend additional time on the subjects that we or your risk assessments, feel would greatly benefit the safety of your staff. Whether its specifically including practicals demonstrating how to treat incidences such as, concrete dust in the eyes, electrocution, crush injury or common injuries to hands we can ensure your staff are much better prepared.
The three day programme is an intensive but achievable training process. Suitable for beginners the syllabus will take them to the required level to pass the external assessment. Our course is highly practical and the students have plenty of opportunity to fully practice everything they are taught in relevant scenarios.
